How long can I keep my rental items?
Our standard rental periods are 4 days or 8 days. We recommend selecting a delivery date 1-2 days before your photoshoot or event to ensure a perfect fit.
Do I need to clean the dress before returning it?
No, professional dry cleaning is included in the price of your rental. Simply place the worn garment in the provided return bag after your event.
What happens if I accidentally damage a garment?
We offer optional damage insurance at checkout which covers minor tea, stains, or zipper issues. For significant damage or loss, please contact our support team immediately.
What if the dress doesn't fit me?
We provide detailed measurements for every garment. If an item doesn't fit, return it within 24 hours with the tags attached for a store credit, minus shipping costs.
How do I return my rental?
Every order includes a pre-paid return shipping label. Just place the item in the reusable satchel and drop it off at any authorized shipping location by 4 PM on your return date.
When should I book my dress for a photoshoot?
Our popular styles book out months in advance. We recommend reserving your dress as soon as you have confirmed your photoshoot date to ensure availability.
